Terms of Use
Development draft · July 13, 2026
These draft terms communicate intended product rules but are not ready for public acceptance. The operator identity, governing law, eligibility, dispute terms, and jurisdiction-specific language must be completed by qualified counsel.
Mining risks and responsibility
Mining consumes electricity, uses CPU resources, produces heat, may increase wear, and may affect performance or warranties. You are responsible for device ownership/authorization, cooling, energy cost, hardware limits, network rules, and local law. Stop immediately if your device becomes unstable or unsafe.
Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use LLLXMR. If local law requires a higher minimum age or a parent or guardian's consent, that requirement also applies.
Explicit control
LLLXMR is designed to require a deliberate start action and show the selected mode, destination wallet, pool, worker, CPU limit, connection state, and session statistics. Do not use a build that behaves differently or displays a destination you do not recognize.
Community and Personal modes
In Community Mode, accepted work is attributed to the displayed LLLXMR community wallet and may create LLL Points under the published rules. In Personal Mode, a local P2Pool process uses the wallet you provide and connects to the LLLXMR node. LLLXMR does not hold XMR owed to Personal Mode users. Payouts still depend on valid work and P2Pool block results.
LLL Points
LLL Points are internal, non-transferable, not cryptocurrency, not redeemable for cash, not purchasable in the MVP, and do not represent ownership or an investment. Points may be withheld or corrected through visible ledger entries for invalid, duplicated, manipulated, or abusive activity.
Rewards
Rewards are digital during the initial release. Availability, eligibility, delivery, cancellation, and replacement rules will be published before redemptions open. Users do not pay LLLXMR for points or rewards. Randomized giveaways will not launch without separate legal review.
Acceptable use
You may not mine on a device without the owner's informed permission; evade device, network, or security controls; manipulate work attribution; automate account abuse; interfere with the pool; impersonate another user; or use the service unlawfully.
Development software
Pre-release software may be incomplete and should not be relied on for earnings. The current build can perform real mining through LLLXMR infrastructure, but it is unsigned and has not completed production security or legal review.
Contact
Official support, legal, and security contacts will be published before beta. Never provide a wallet seed, private key, password, or signing key to support personnel.
